2 trapped nerves in my back and hip I was definitely at my worst but was treated with care, dignity and patience.
I wasn’t fobbed off with poxy exercises to do, my treatment was hands on,
my body manipulated to ease pressure on the nerves which had me pretty much pain free after a few visits.
I still see Francis but my appointments arnt as regular now, my appointments are more preventative.

Which is what you want when  you sitting in your underwear things what's this about. Anyway my back was ridiculously painful. I was unable to walk even a mile without having to sit down.
